How to Listen to Subliminals by Power Life Hypnosis

Subliminal with no Brain Waves: best for use during the day time or when focusing on other things. This recording uses subliminal affirmations, however, does not contain frequencies to alter brainwaves. Can be used while working, studying, reading, eating, etc.

 

Subliminal with Alpha Brain waves: These subliminals will put your mind in a meditative, or light hypnosis state. Can be used at any time of day or night. Not for use when concentrating on a task.

1.         Alpha Binaural Frequencies: (HEADPHONES REQUIRED) – Plays different frequencies in each headphone, opening up the subconscious mind and making it receptive to the subliminal affirmations.

2.       Alpha with Isochronic Tones: Contains frequencies which can be listened to with, or without, headphones.

 

Subliminal with Theta Frequencies: These Subliminals will put your mind in a deep hypnotic state, providing the deepest access to the subconscious mind. Best used when falling asleep/sleeping and laying down.

For Best Results

1.         Play Subliminals for at least 1 hour per day, NO MORE THAN 21 HOURS A DAY. Play on low/low-moderate volume (PLAYING ON HIGHER VOLUME DOES NOT INCREASE RESULTS!). Do not use when driving or operating heavy machinery. If you develop a headache, take a break. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. Excessive daily alcohol use, smoking, not getting enough rest, and dehydration may cause delay in results. You can multi-task when listening (eating, reading, watching television, listening to music, sleeping)

2.       Listen to for 1-6 months, every day, depending on need.

3.       Most effective when subliminal is played with UNBLOCKER first.

4.       Meditate while listening, and visualize, or imagine, yourself as your ideal self. Feel how good it feels to be your ideal self. Walk in the shoes of your ideal self.

5.       For best results, journal daily during this process. Write down 5 things you are grateful for/ or happy about/that you love each day. Try to write down new things each day. Also, write down any positive changes (no matter how small – every victory is a step closer to your ideal self!). Once the subconscious mind begins to take note of the positive changes, it will begin attracting more.

6.       When a negative thought arises (for ex., “I am unloveable”), consciously stop that thought, and choose your desired thought (for ex., I am a good person, which is enough to make me loveable). It may feel weird, or as if you’re lying to yourself, at first. That is ok – it is because your chosen thought goes against your current subconscious programming. Because this process is working to change your programming, continue to interrupt and switch negative thoughts until the old thought has been replaced by the new thought.
